My child isn't motivated. Can tutoring help?
It certainly can! Sometimes a student gets behind and feels discouraged, so he stops trying. Our tutors will work with the student so they see that they can do the work. This will help the student feel better about himself, achieving more, becoming encouraged to work harder.
How does the in home tutoring work?
Our professional tutors determine the strengths and weaknesses of the student. The tutor will work on the weaknesses until the problem(s) are resolved. To do this the tutor will use the student's books, worksheets, notes, and classroom information. With your permission the tutor can also contact the student's teacher(s) or guidance counselor to address any other areas of concern.
What if I think my child needs to be tested?
If you think your child may need to be tested for a learning disorder such as ADD OR ADHD or if you are not sure if a previous disgnosis is accurate please call our office. We will provide you with the name of a Psychologist that we work with.
What about peer tutoring?
We have been providing tutoring for many years and have seen many failed attempts with peer tutoring. You get what you pay for! We hire teachers or college educated individuals for the very reason because we want the results to be successful!

What are the tuition rates?
We offer reasonable rates. All sessions for in home tutoring are billed by the hour. To learn more please contact the location that services your area.
How soon can sessions start?
Tutoring sessions can usually start right away, however there are certain times during the year that our tutors are at full capacity. When this happens we have a waiting list and we will be glad to place your name on the list and call you as soon as we have availability.
What times are the tutors available?
Tutors are available 7 days a week and most tutoring sessions during the week are conducted between the hours of 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Our weekend sessions are conducted between the hours of 9:00 am - 9:00 pm.
Can I change tutor if my child and the tutor don't connect well?
The professional relationship between the tutor and student is important for the student's success. If at any time the relationship is not working we will do everything possible to find a replacement tutor.
What are the office hours?
Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM.
Where are the sessions conducted?
Tutoring sessions are best conducted at a quiet location such as a public library or at the students home. The parent or legal guaridan is required to remain at the session location.
How do you ensure the student is making progress?
The tutor will monitor the students progress and will inform the client periodically on the students progress. A progress report is completed by the tutor at the end of each month.
Are there any long term agreement required?
No. Although we do have a tutoring agreement that we have all clients sign. The agreement must be signed before tutoring can begin. The agreement can be cancelled once a 30 day notice has been given.
When are tuition payments due?
All tutoring sessions are billed as pre-paid. You can pay monthly, quarterly, semi annual, or annually. Most of our students are tutored one or two sessions per week. For example, if your child is being tutored once a week which is (4) sessions a month then you will need to pre-pay the entire month before tutoring will begin. You will be invoiced monthly and the tuition will be due the same date each month. Many of our clients prefer to pre-pay for several months of tutoring.
What form of payment is accepted?
We accept personal checks, money order, credit and debit cards.
