Rutherford Tutoring Service provides quality and affordable ACT Test Prep courses in Cincinnati. We suggest that students start to do some research at the colleges you are looking to at the beginning of your junior year of high school .  Ask the colleges questions about their standard for the ACT scores. Most colleges will measure your placement exam scores against your grade point average acquired during high school. If you earned a high GPA in high school your test scores may not need to be as high. If your GPA in high school is not that strong, your placement test scores will need to be higher. Knowing where you fall on the scale should allow you to set goals for a minimum score needed on the placement exam. 

 

You will be able to take the ACT a few times in order to obtain a good score. Only the report from the test date you choose will be forwarded to the colleges you are applying to.

Our instructors are very familiar with the SAT and ACT and have been teaching these courses for many years. 

 

Every student has a different learning style. We also know that some students are limited with the amount of time they have available for preparation which is why we offer Individual In Home Test Prep for those students. Some students do not perform well in a group setting and need very focused one on one communication so individual tutoring is a good option.

 

We also offer Small Group Tutoring for students who like group interaction.
